1. Who We Are

LLMs.txt – AI Visibility is a Shopify application developed and operated by OhMySaaS. By installing this app you agree to this Privacy Policy. For questions contact us at hello@ohmysaas.com.

2. Data We Collect

Your Shopify store domain and OAuth access token (required for authentication)
Product titles, descriptions, handles, and categories (to build your llms.txt)
Page and collection names from your store
App settings you configure (custom store description, section preferences)
Sync and publish activity logs (timestamps, trigger type, status)

3. How We Use Your Data

To generate and host your store's llms.txt file via the Shopify App Proxy
To automatically sync content when your products or pages change via Shopify webhooks
To display your dashboard, sync history, and settings within the app
To improve the reliability and performance of the service

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your store data with any third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Your data is stored securely on servers and is accessible only to OhMySaaS staff on a strict need-to-know basis.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as the app is installed on your store. Upon uninstallation (via the Shopify admin or via the app/uninstalled webhook), all store data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

6. Security

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS. Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest. We follow industry-standard security practices and conduct periodic security reviews.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

Right to access — request a copy of the data we hold about your store
Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
Right to erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
Right to data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
Right to object — object to certain types of processing

8. Cookies

This landing page does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The Shopify app uses session cookies that are strictly necessary for authentication and are set by the Shopify platform.

9. Third-Party Services

The app is built on the Shopify platform and is subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy. We do not integrate with any third-party analytics or advertising services.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes will be communicated via a notice in the app dashboard.
