1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using LLMs.txt – AI Visibility ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The App is provided by OhMySaaS ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App reads your Shopify store's product and content data to automatically generate an llms.txt file — a plain-text manifest that helps AI language models discover and reference your store's offerings. You retain full control over what is published and when it becomes publicly accessible.
3. Eligibility
You must have an active Shopify store and agree to Shopify's Partner Program Agreement and Terms of Service to use this App. By accepting these Terms you represent that you have the authority to bind your business to this agreement.
4. Acceptable Use
- You may only use the App for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the App or its underlying systems.
- You are solely responsible for the content of your store that appears in the generated
llms.txtfile. - You may not use the App to generate or distribute misleading, defamatory, or illegal content.
- You must comply with Shopify's Partner Program Agreement and Platform Terms at all times.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, source code, and branding, is owned exclusively by OhMySaaS. Your store content remains your property at all times. By using the App you grant OhMySaaS a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and process your store data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI platforms will index, read, or act upon your llms.txt file, as this is determined solely by those independent third-party platforms and is outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OhMySaaS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it through your Shopify admin panel. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the App dashboard. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable European Union law. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.
